Panoramic penthouse

The penthouse occupies the fourth and fifth floors of a building renovated in 2008. As regards the materials, we have opted for the use of extremely natural wood (an oak from the 1300s), iron, glass and nubuck leather. The house is a perfect example of modern alpine style and is extremely flexible: thanks to the movable walls, the open space can be closed by creating three more bedrooms with their independent bathrooms.

The master bedroom measures 140 square meters and includes a small living room, two bathrooms, two walk-in wardrobes and a living studio: all this is completed by a breathtaking view of the exclusive St. Moritz.

Perfect for enjoying convivial moments with friends, the kitchen is equipped with a 40 sq m counter that when opened becomes a kitchen, if closed, it turns into a large countertop. As for the exteriors, the penthouse offers two wonderful terraces: the main one, of 220 square meters, includes a six-person jacuzzi facing the lake, the second, of 80 square meters, overlooks the Corvatsch mountains. To complete the spectacularity of the attic, a spa consisting of emotional showers, Turkish bath made of precious onyx, sauna and Himalayan salt walls to compensate for the lack of iodine in the mountains.
